Rebekah bringing more than 20 years of experience across housing, tenancy management, and residential property management in Auckland.

Beginning her career with Kainga Ora (Housing New Zealand), Rebekah developed extensive experience in compliance, Tenancy Tribunal representation, tenancy management, and coaching property managers to deliver exceptional service.

Known for her proactive communication, hands-on approach, and strong industry knowledge, Rebekah focuses on helping landlords maximise rental returns while ensuring properties remain compliant, well-maintained, and professionally managed.

Her results-driven approach has seen her consistently recognised in the Harcourts Quarterly Awards, ranking among the top property managers in both the Northern region and nationally.

Jason Rowlay | Property Manager

Jason brings experience across systems, compliance, tenancy management, and operational support within the property management industry. His background supporting and organising property management businesses has helped develop a strong understanding of dispute resolution, customer service, accounts, debt management, and day-to-day property operations.

Known for being approachable, reliable, and solutions-focused, Jason works proactively to make property ownership stress-free while ensuring tenants feel supported and informed throughout the process.

Alongside his property management expertise, Jason also brings residential real estate sales experience, giving him a broader understanding of the housing market and helping him deliver practical, results-driven solutions for landlords and tenants alike.

Frigga Wang | Accounts

Frigga supports the 23 Property Management team across accounts and administration, bringing a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and operational processes.

With experience in both New Zealand and international accounting roles, Frigga has worked across accounts management, reconciliations, payroll, compliance, and client support. Her attention to detail, organised approach, and strong financial knowledge help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for landlords, tenants, and the wider property management team.

Frigga holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology and plays an important role in supporting the systems and processes behind 23 Property Management.
