It all started when…

Abbey met Richard over ten years ago on a sports field and many years removed from that encounter they are now married and form one of Auckland's most dynamic real estate teams.

Abbey and Richard are a husband and wife team who specialise in the central city fringe.  We blend the best of what Harcourts has to offer with the understanding of that selling your home is more complex than signing up with an agent and getting sold.  We have thoroughly reviewed all of the touchpoints that both sellers and buyers require and have developed systems and processes that make the journey smooth and easy.  We achieve this by working with proven suppliers and advisors who know what we expect and go above and beyond in many cases.

Our proven track records start with our clients.  We are a team who has won multiple Platinum awards and have been in the Top 20 for the Harcourts Auckland region.  We speak at shared knowledge sessions with other Harcourts agents and are Guest Speakers at the Harcourts 2018 National Conference.  We do things differently, and because of this, we stand out.

We embrace technology and for many reasons we are early adopters throughout our business.  While many are scared of the digital era, we have welcomed it in open homes and information distribution. It gets information about your property to the people that want it far more efficiently than more traditional means. We can have relevant information into the inboxes of potential buyers within 30 minutes of an open home finishing.

Both of us have strong backgrounds in Sales & Marketing; Richard sold with Giltrap Audi for over a decade and Abbey spent ten years selling for Apollo and Jucy Rentals. You have a team who fully understands not only how to negotiate but what process makes a sale successful.  We set high standards for our campaigns and our business.

Giving back to our community is incredibly important to us. in 2017 we volunteered at Eat My Lunch for over 90 hours, and Abbey raised more than $5,000 for the Auckland SPCA’s newly refurbished animal hospital.

We are always looking for ways to give back to the community.  If you know of something we can get behind, please let us know.
