It all started when…
Abbey met Richard over ten years ago on a sports field and many years removed from that encounter they are now married and form one of Auckland's most dynamic real estate teams.
Abbey and Richard are a husband and wife team who specialise in the central city fringe. We blend the best of what Harcourts has to offer with the understanding of that selling your home is more complex than signing up with an agent and getting sold. We have thoroughly reviewed all of the touchpoints that both sellers and buyers require and have developed systems and processes that make the journey smooth and easy. We achieve this by working with proven suppliers and advisors who know what we expect and go above and beyond in many cases.
Our proven track records start with our clients. We are a team who has won multiple Platinum awards and have been in the top 20 for the Harcourts Auckland region. We speak at shared knowledge sessions with other Harcourts agents and are Guest speakers at the Harcourts 2018 National Conference. We do things differently, and because of this, we stand out.
Technolgy embraced, For many reasons we are early adopters of technology throughout our business. While many are scared of the digital era, we have welcomed it in open homes, information distribution, What the technology does is it gets information about your property to the people that want it in a way that all of the relevant information is in there inbox within 30 minutes of an open home finishing.
With backgrounds in Sales & Marketing, Richard Selling with Giltrap Audi for over a decade and Abbey's decade in sales & marketing with Apollo motors homes & jucy rentals, you have a team who fully understands not only how to negotiate but what process makes a sale successful. We benchmark ourselves from our campaigns to our business.
Community, Is important to us. in 2017 we volunteered at Eatmy Lunch for over 90 hours, and Abbey raised above $5,000 in 2017 for SPCA for their animal hospital. We are always looking for ways to give back to the community. If you know of something we can get behind, please let us know.
